Major repairs and regular inspections of pressure vessels

Our facility has a reactor tank that is scheduled to have its tank body replaced within the next month (the head and mixing apparatus will not be changed). This reactor tank is a pressure vessel, and it’s time for its regular inspection again this month. What should we do? Is it necessary to inform the relevant authorities about this modification? Should we have the inspection carried out by the special inspection agency after the tank body is replaced, or before that?
It’s hard to say; who decided that the head and mixing device wouldn’t be replaced? Is it approved by the special inspection? It should be discussed in advance with the special inspector.
Since this changes the compressed component, it definitely needs to be inspected

After the modification, it still needs to be tested, so that means two times – I want to combine them into one step
Do you have the qualifications as a pressure vessel manufacturer to replace the cylinder yourselves? Replacing the cylinder is equivalent to manufacturing a new unit, and the procedures must follow those for inspecting new equipment.

This inspection is carried out by special equipment inspection units. (2) The inspection after renovation is to assess the quality of the renovation work, and it is carried out by the construction party during the construction process in accordance with the renovation plan. 2.
