The shell side temperature is 750°C with a pressure of 0.5 MPa; the tube side temperature is 600°C with a pressure of 0.015 MPa. I plan to design a DN700U tube-type heat exchanger. S31008 has been initially selected as the material, but when performing calculations for the heat exchange tubes using this material, the temperature value at point B in the external pressure curve exceeds the allowable limit, making it impossible to carry out the calculations. Are there any other materials or structural solutions that could be used? It is important that the cost be reasonable. Those who have experience with heat exchangers operating at such high temperatures are requested to provide recommendations. Thank you.
Such high temperatures require the temperature to be lowered first!

Table 4-1 in GB150.2 does not list any materials for temperatures above 750°C; the highest temperature specified is ≤650°C. It is possible to consider using materials suitable for 750°C in the tube side of the system

At such high temperatures, material selection, calculations, and sealing design all present significant challenges. You might consider a lining.
It’s probably more troublesome to handle the tube side, after all, there’s also a partition plate there
Some people have also suggested using fire-resistant materials, but it’s not clear how to design this structure, and the calculations are even more complicated
