How to apply for on-site fabrication of pressure vessels in Zhejiang Province

Dear seniors: I have a question. We are a company based in Shanghai, holding A1 (single-layer high voltage) and A2 manufacturing licenses. We now need to manufacture two units of Category 3 equipment on-site in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. Could you please advise us on the procedures required for on-site manufacturing, what documents are needed, and which department should be contacted?
(1) The supervision and inspection of pressure vessels manufactured on-site is carried out by the supervision and inspection agency in the location where the pressure vessel is used. Most of the manufacturing processes are completed in the factory, while the inspection of pressure vessels, which involves subsequent transportation to the location of use for the final manufacturing steps, is carried out by either the inspection agency located at the vessel’s place of origin or the inspection agency at the location of use. (2) The supervision and inspection of pressure vessel manufacturing shall be carried out in accordance with TSG R7004-2013 \"Rules for Supervision and Inspection of Pressure Vessels\", and shall meet the provisions on \"Supervision and Inspection\" in Chapter 6 of TSG 21-2016 \"Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels\".
Go to the Jiaxing branch of the Special Equipment Inspection Institute under the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to complete the inspection registration procedures.
