Questions regarding the polishing of stainless steel equipment

I recently received a project that involves a fermentation tank; the medium used in this tank is acetic acid, and the main material of the equipment is 316Ti. The client requires internal polishing as well as external pickling, with an internal surface finish quality of Ra=0.1 (in accordance with the EU standard SPI (B2)). Electrolytic polishing is not required. Are there any companies in China capable of achieving such a high level of precision in polishing? If so, I would appreciate it if you could recommend them!
Yes, modern artificial polishing can achieve very high precision; my previous company found a small company that was capable of achieving an RA0.01 level
Studies show that mechanical polishing can meet higher polishing requirements than electrolytic polishing. HG/T20569-2013 mentions mixing tanks; if polishing is required, the roughness is generally between 0.1 and 0.8. The roughness requirement you mentioned should be achievable by large manufacturing plants.
