Selection of 20 steel pipes for low-temperature use

In a container design, the design temperature is –10°C. If 20-grade steel pipes are to be used, what standard should be chosen? Article 150 specifies that for steel pipes with standards 8163, 9948, and 6479, grade 20 steel can be used at a temperature of 0°C.
Since GB150 specifies a lower limit for the applicable temperature, 20 steel cannot be used. 10 steel or 16Mn steel pipes can be used.
Steel 20 cannot be used below 0°C, and steel 10 is difficult to obtain; therefore, 16Mn according to the 6479 standard is usually chosen.

We failed to purchase GB9948 10-inch steel pipes.
Thank you to all fellow sailors; after carefully reviewing the standards, I also think other materials should be used. Temporarily 8163 Q345D.
This should be hard to buy too, unless you need a large quantity.
For large tanks, 20-inch steel pipes of type 9948 can be used; for pressure vessels, only grade 10 or Q345D can be employed.
Forged pipes can be used; in practice, both grade 10 and Q345D are difficult to obtain
