It’s possible. There are hardly any standard flanges for which a calculation can be performed, unless the gaskets are made very narrow and bolts made of materials such as Q235A or 35. Standard equipment flanges have been used consistently over time, with extensive experience in their use leading to no changes in their design. The safety factor data for this flange states that it was 2.5 a long time ago; after the safety factor was adjusted, no changes were made since no issues arose from its use. This results in the calculation failing
