Questions about parameters

I am a student participating in an engineering design competition, and the task is to develop the process design for a workshop. I have been looking for equipment for ceramic membrane microfiltration and organic membrane ultrafiltration, but the suppliers do not provide on their websites parameters such as the minimum flow rate required for our calculations. They contacted the manufacturer and asked which company we were from, as well as whether we had conducted any pilot tests. I can’t answer either :( Since the seller doesn’t provide the specific specifications of the equipment, what should I do?
