Party A is the sheet metal manufacturer, Party B and Party C are steel plate distributors, and Party D is the pressure vessel manufacturer. Party B purchases the sheet metal from Party A, then sells it to Party C, and finally Party D, which is the pressure vessel manufacturing company, buys the pressure vessel sheet metal from Party C. So, for the material quality certificate of the copy, is it sufficient to have only the quality inspection seal and the legal representative’s seal from Party C? Is the quality inspection seal and the legal representative’s seal from Party B still required? From a beginner’s perspective, it seems that only Party C’s quality control seal and legal representative’s seal are necessary, but the supervisor said that Party B’s quality control seal and legal representative’s seal are also required. The domestic quality certificate must bear, in addition to the quality inspection seal of Party C and the official seal of the legal representative, the quality inspection seal of Party A’s steel mill as well. The seal of Party B can be disregarded.

If there is no written evidence showing that the materials purchased by the manufacturer were handled by Party B, then the inspectors from the special inspection agency will not hesitate!
