Classification of welded joints in jackets

1. Jacketed vessels are divided into vertical jacketed vessels and horizontal jacketed vessels. The seam at the junction between the jacket and the inner cylinder, classified according to welding joints, belongs to which category: A, B, C, D, or E? It would be best to provide written evidence. 2. At the opening of the inner cylinder connection pipe, what type of weld is used between the jacket and the inner cylinder?

All are Class D welds. They are all joints that connect to the housing. The inner cylinder can be regarded as a nozzle. See page 13 of GB/T150.1-2011.
I don’t see any classification regulations for such welds in this standard? Moreover, this standard has been replaced by HG/T 20569-2013...

It should be a Class D welded joint......
