The pressure in the steam cylinder is much higher than that in the branch pipes

The cylinder pressure on my end is 10.5 kilograms; after it goes into a branch pipe, the pressure in that pipe drops to 0.4 kilograms. Even with all the valves behind the branch pipe closed, the pressure remains the same. What could be the reason for this?
There are two reasons: first, the pressure gauge is not indicating correctly. Second, the valve on the branch pipe is not tight.
Turn off the valve; the pressure in the straight pipe should be the same as that in the cylinder. It can only be said that the pressure gauge is broken! !
Whether it’s a direct measurement or an indirect one, it’s also very likely that the pressure gauge is damaged
Is it the case that the valve at the steam distribution cylinder is only slightly open? ?
