May I ask if you use oil or natural gas to ignite the boiler? Is it a pulverized coal furnace or a circulating fluidized bed boiler? What is its gas production capacity? We have a 260 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler that currently uses oil for ignition; we plan to switch to natural gas for ignition. I would like to know how much natural gas is required to ignite the furnace once, and what is the maximum hourly consumption?
Wood is probably not combustible; charcoal is needed
We originally planned to use natural gas for ignition, but for some reason it was canceled and replaced with traditional charcoal ignition. Do you want to know whether the hourly consumption is calculated based on the gas pipeline diameter or not?
Just have the boiler manufacturer recalculate it and you’ll know
The calorific value of 1 cubic meter of natural gas is roughly the same as that of 1 kg of diesel, so the amounts used are approximately equal
Economics are the main consideration; the cost of using oil is high, while natural gas is cheaper.
