Use of nitrogen water seal tanks

Is the water valve for filling the tank left open, or is it closed after the tank is filled? Is the nitrogen always on? Please tell me how to use it. Thank you, extra points!
It depends on the entire manufacturing process; it’s not uniform...
The key is to know what the internal structure of the water seal is, so that procedures for operating it can be determined.
The water seal is used to maintain the appropriate level of positive pressure, for washing purposes, and to prevent backflow; therefore, water is continuously added and removed； Nitrogen sealing is used to maintain positive pressure, prevent air from entering and the tank from sinking, so it must be continuously replenished ；
Inject water to monitor the pressure in the water seal tank, and set a certain liquid level
Water injection is automated based on the liquid level, while nitrogen remains turned on.
