In the new version of the NBT 47065 standard for container supports, the specifications for the foundation bolts have increased. What is the reason for this?

I’ve received the new standards and have been using them these past few days; I’m only aware of those few areas where the structure isn’t optimal, and I haven’t noticed any changes in the bolts yet. During a design project some time ago, I encountered a situation where the bolt holes for the saddle became larger than before. In my opinion, the advantage of this increase is that it helps to prevent potential risks associated with unknown loads.
