Recently, 2 of the anchor bolts for the reducer of the company’s high-pressure feed pump broke. What caused this? Please, experts, give some explanation
It could be due to issues with the material of the anchor bolts, excessive vibration, or excessive load.
1. Defects in the bolt material, subjected to cyclic forces; 2. Excessive pre-tensioning, resulting in hardening during installation; 3. The bolt size chosen was too small
If the foundation bolts can break, has the equipment shifted?
The vibration is too high; the bolts were not selected properly
The foundation is uneven, there is significant vibration, and the quality of the bolts is poor
