At normal pressure, not a classified device. According to the provisions in GB150, no additional reinforcement is required for the nozzles. So if the corrosion margin is 0, can the wall thickness of the pipe also be reduced by 1 mm, without the need for any additional reinforcement of the pipe?
Meet the requirements of GB/T150; whether it falls into a certain category or not does not affect the reinforcement calculations, which must be carried out in accordance with the provisions on page 153 of GB150-2011. However, for pressure vessels at normal pressure, the following rules apply
If there is no corrosion, a minimum thickness 1 mm less than that specified in the table can be considered
Stiffness requirements are also needed, along with other additional ones!
But why doesn’t the calculation pass in SW6?
Specific issues should be brought up for discussion. The scope you’re talking about is too broad.
You should refer to the design standards for atmospheric pressure storage tanks to determine whether reinforcement plates and the minimum wall thickness of the nozzles (or shell) are required. And it should not be GB-50.
Atmospheric pressure vessels do not need to comply with the requirements of GB150
If the equipment is a atmospheric pressure vessel, there is indeed no need to consider it in accordance with GB150
