Considering the load, if it remains at full capacity for a long time, it may not be necessary to install it; however, it is essential to install it when the load is low for a prolonged period, as this leads to significant energy savings. It also allows for flexible load regulation, reduces the rotational speed, extends the lifespan of the fan bearings, and prolongs the interval between maintenance tasks.
