When PVElite calculates the supports for vertical containers, how is the value of the parameter Mleg determined?

When calculating the supports for PV, there is a formula used; if you are familiar with it, it’s 4M*H/N*D. In this case, I think Mleg should be the overturning moment. I think the normal calculation should be the seismic coefficient times the weight above the leg times the distance from the base plate to the center of gravity. But using 4712 for calculation gives a different result. Or did I make a calculation mistake? If the source is that, is it Mb, Mt, or M inside? Does anyone know how this Mleg value is calculated?
