Our company has a boiler that is capable of producing superheated steam at a rate of 3.5 t/h, at a pressure of 1.27 MPa and at a temperature of 300°C. I would like to ask everyone: apart from generating electricity, driving machinery, and selling the steam, what other things can it be used for? There are methods that offer certain economic benefits.
Purging, heating, using thermal energy as power. . . .

The economic benefits need to be aligned with the technological requirements of your factory, and this is something you need to control yourselves.
The superheat is 105 degrees, which is quite suitable for a turbine, but the turbine deems the amount too small. For this flow rate, it’s effective to lower the superheat level or cool it with water until it reaches saturation, and then use a screw expander to harness the energy.
