The design section of TSG 21-2016, the Code for Fixed Pressure Vessels, stipulates that: \"For pressure vessels designed in accordance with international standards or foreign standards, the design entity shall submit to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine a declaration confirming that the design documents meet the basic safety requirements of this code, along with a comparison table.\" May I ask: Does this requirement mean that the designed product or design documents are applicable only in the domestic market or everywhere? Additionally, for products designed in accordance with ASME codes and used abroad, is it also necessary to provide a compliance statement and a comparison table as required by those codes?
I personally think it needs to be provided. I also have a question: does it need to be provided once for containers of the same type, or every time?
