What should we do if the burner of our natural gas boiler doesn’t seal properly when starting up? If it’s closed tightly, the fire won’t ignite! What’s going on?
It means that the ignition needs to be turned on; if it’s not turned on, ignition doesn’t occur, but even if it’s turned up high, ignition still doesn’t happen? Then the only option is to adjust the valve position for ignition, and check whether there are any issues with the valve feedback; some domestically produced valves have relatively low precision
The burner remains open before ignition in preparation; as ignition approaches, the air damper gradually closes, and ignition begins once the damper is fully closed. The current situation with our boiler is that when the air valves are completely closed, it starts to ignite. The damper does not close properly.
