A 30L pneumatic stirring pressure vessel is to be designed, with a pressure range of -0.1 to 1.0 MPa and a design temperature of 300°C. It uses a pneumatic motor with a speed of 400 rpm and an axle diameter of about 12 mm. I would like to ask how it should be sealed?
Pneumatic stirring simply uses an air source as its power source (unlike the common electric stirring)； It has little to do with the sealing type ； For this small tank mentioned by the poster, a regular mechanical seal will suffice; of course, a magnetic seal can also be used. It may also be necessary to take into account the temperature and properties of the medium. (For example, whether micro-leakage is allowed) ； If micro-leakage is not allowed, use magnetic sealing.)
