Is heat treatment required after welding S30408II to 15CrMoR?

For a piece of equipment with flanges made of S30408II and the cylinder and head made of 15CrMoR, is heat treatment still required after welding? Thank you all!
Why is stainless steel used for flanges?
Alloy steel requires heat treatment after welding, depending mainly on the thickness of the cylinder
I think whether heat treatment is needed depends on the medium

I don’t understand why the flange has to be made of stainless steel Gr-Mo welding is already quite difficult; strict requirements are imposed in terms of preheating, post-heating, and heat treatment. Austenitic stainless steels are highly susceptible to sensitization during hot working, and heat treatment does not benefit them at all. If mixing them together is necessary, it is recommended to weld the flanges after heat treatment of the container body.
