On December 20, with the precise installation of the light aromatic hydrocarbons separation tower, it was marked that the lifting and transportation task of the first large-scale equipment for Sinopec Qijiang Aromatic Hydrocarbons Project had been successfully completed. At 9:17 a.m. on December 20, as the command was given on time, the 4,000-ton crawler crane and the 1,000-ton tailer crane operated in coordination to lift the equipment with precision; all aspects of the process, including lifting, rotating, and positioning, were carried out accurately and under control. The nearly 100-meter-tall tower stands firmly, like a majestic sculpture, demonstrating the perfect integration of industrial aesthetics and engineering technology. The success of this lifting operation is a direct reflection of the preliminary planning, coordination among all parties involved, and the efforts made in overcoming technical challenges. The project team innovatively adopted a \"river-sea combined transport + overall transshipment + overall lifting\" approach, enabling efficient delivery of the equipment via water routes and significantly improving operational efficiency and safety. During the lifting phase, the main crane and the tail-guiding system worked together efficiently to overcome spatial constraints, enabling precise positioning to within millimeters. The project team at Petrochemical Shipping Company adheres to the management philosophy of \"safety as the foundation, quality as the core, and schedule as a top priority,\" and ensures smooth transition between each stage through close collaboration between the government and enterprises as well as efficient coordination. Multiple rounds of scenario planning and dynamic allocation of resources optimized the configuration, enabling effective handling of challenges such as passing through urban areas, coordinating across departments, and carrying out intensive construction, ultimately resulting in a flawless lifting operation with zero errors. The success of this thousand-ton lifting is not only an important milestone in the project construction but also lays the foundation for subsequent construction work.
