Currently, the company’s three types of waste are treated by washing them in a scrubber tower; hydrogen/nitrogen is then vented, while acidic substances are neutralized with lime before being filtered under pressure. The gaseous and liquid phases among the three wastes are combustible substances. I saw discussions on the technology for incinerating waste materials, and I would like to ask about the advantages and disadvantages of incineration compared to traditional water-based treatment methods for such waste materials (PS: The waste materials do not contain any highly toxic or hard-to-degrade substances).
