Considering the worst operating conditions, the higher design temperatures in the shell side and tube side should be taken as the basis. If there are sub-zero temperatures, low-temperature operating conditions also need to be taken into account. This is a conservative design ； Of course, if it is an improvement to an existing product, practical testing can be conducted to confirm it.
