Issues regarding the impact test temperature for dissimilar steel joints

As the title suggests, for weld evaluation test plates made of Q235B+Q345R, the impact test temperatures for the heat-affected zones on both sides are determined based on the respective base material temperatures. But what should be the impact test temperature for the weld itself?
I know it’s better to be strict, but are there any regulations or standards that clarify this matter?

For this evaluation, Q345R+Q345R with -20°C impact can be used directly. . . When looking at the base material alone, it is possible to use Q235B+Q345R

The scope of the process evaluation should be as wide as possible; the base materials used are Q345R+Q345R, with impact testing at -20°C. When considering only the base materials, it is possible to cover welding of the Fe-I-1 and Fe-I-2 phases as well as welding of Fe-I-2 alone. Other conditions are considered separately (such as the coverage area of welding materials)
