Environmental monitoring of exhaust gases from small gas boilers

I’m seeking advice from experts: Is it required that enterprises using gas boilers conduct two environmental inspections of their exhaust gases each year? ? ? Moreover, for this type of testing, the fees charged by many third-party testing services are astonishing – 3,000 per test! They’re fucking stealing money! ! ! !
We are using 2 WNS2-1.25-Q and 2 WNS4-1.25-Q gas boilers.
It’s the same in all cases, but a specific test report is provided.
It’s the same as paying fees to a driving school; if that’s the price in the market, then it’s not surprising given these market conditions

Third-party testing seems to be a good business.
But third parties must bear legal responsibility.
3000 is already very cheap; if you don’t pursue environmental protection measures, the fines will be even higher
Is 3000 still expensive? Compared to the fuel cost for boilers, it’s not expensive.
