Rated steam temperature: 450°C; rated pressure: 3.82 MPa. It is a coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler. Heat is generated within the boiler and then transferred using shell-and-tube heat exchangers for heating purposes. What area can it serve?

It’s a bit of a waste to use such high-quality superheated steam for heating; the proper approach is to use it to generate electricity and then use the waste steam for heating. As for the area that can be heated, calculate the power required and then check the local average heating load, and the answer will be clear~
