YLL-1200(100)A heat transfer oil furnace system flow diagram? How does the expansion tank serve functions such as balancing, oil replenishment, and pressure stabilization?
I have worked on heat transfer oil heating systems of the open-type type, where the expansion tank is located at the highest point of the system and is equipped with a remote-level gauge. Based on the readings from this gauge, heat transfer oil is drawn from the oil storage tank to replenish the system
The oil filling line of the expansion tank is connected to the system’s return oil line, and there is a pressure of about 2 kilograms in that return oil line. So how can oil be filled in? Won’t the oil flow back into the expansion tank through the return oil line?
