GB13271 specifies the testing contents, but does not mention the frequency and schedule of testing. I’ve consulted several third-party testing agencies that have the necessary certification for such tests, and it’s absolute chaos: their fees vary, the testing periods differ, and the frequency of monitoring ranges from once a year to three or four times a year. When I ask them what guidelines they use for conducting these tests, they simply refuse to answer. Reputable testing agencies, on the other hand, clearly list on their official websites the specific scope of testing, the items that are tested, as well as the corresponding fee structures.
What’s the point of looking? Environmental impact assessment approval?
It’s not an inspection; these boilers have been installed and in use for three or two years already.
