There’s a new issue: the external pressure reinforcement ring on the cylinder is pressing against the reinforcement ring. What should be done? Is it possible to cut away the part where the reinforcement rings overlap? Will it affect the strength of the reinforcement ring?

Won’t that affect the strength of the reinforcement ring? The size of the reinforcement ring was calculated carefully.
Can’t you just increase the thickness of the reinforcement ring plate? There’s no need to add two more plates

The design should take into account adjusting the positions of the adapter or reinforcement ring to avoid conflicts between them.
