Threaded tube

Dear colleagues, the medium is chlorine, the material used is Q345R, the pressure is less than 1 Mpa. The client requires the installation of a stop valve and a pressure gauge. The pressure gauge and stop valve are connected via threaded pipes from the flange cover (which is a grade 3 forged part). I would like to know if there are any special requirements regarding the material when machining threaded tubes, whether forgings are necessary, and whether it is possible to use 20 steel rods or 16Mn steel rods to manufacture threaded tubes. :handshake
It should be fine to use it, but the actual regulations probably don’t allow it.
The equipment has been manufactured; this approach is not allowed. Although it is structurally fine during the design phase, it still needs to pass strength calculations
As a precaution, it was ultimately changed to a flange connection; a globe valve with a flange connection was added in between, and the pressure gauge was also replaced with one that uses a flange connection:handshake
