Construction drawings (blueprints) for building projects generally need to be reviewed by a professional drawing review agency and stamped with an approval mark before they can be put into use. Are the construction blueprints for pressure pipelines and equipment also required to be reviewed from a technical perspective? Please help resolve this doubt, thank you
Construction blueprints for pressure pipelines and equipment do not require third-party review; the entity responsible for preparing the drawings is accountable for that. In some projects, the signature of a supervision company is required, but it is not a mandatory requirement；

The construction drawings for individual components need to be reviewed, and the same applies to pressure pipelines； The pressure pipeline blueprint must be prepared by a design institute with the appropriate design qualifications, stamped with the institute’s certification seal as well as the pressure pipeline-specific seal, and then submitted to a specialized inspection agency for approval ；
Drawing review and third-party audit are two different things

Our company carries out high-pressure pipeline projects across the country, and we’ve never heard that pipeline drawings need to be reviewed by a third party. The reviews conducted by the client and the supervisor are not the same as those carried out by a third party in the construction field, you know
