It’s my first time coming into contact with a superheater; I’m not sure if that’s correct Please give me your guidance! The question is: Can steam at 151°C be heated to 193°C? See the schematic diagram. Note: 1. For the steam boiler, the outlet temperature of the main steam pipe is 151°C. 2. The flue gas exit temperature of the boiler itself is 400°C. 3. A certain area of coiled tubes is arranged in the external smoke chamber. 4. The boiler main steam pipe is connected to the serpentine tube. 5. No devices are installed inside the coiled tube, and there is no enclosed space.
In theory, it’s possible; it mainly depends on whether the heat exchange area is sufficient. You also need to check whether the material of the pipes can withstand pressure and high temperatures. Be careful when making modifications on your own – it’s not recommended to do so without professional assistance
What is the flow rate of the flue gas? How much steam? It is recommended to use finned tubes to increase the color-changing area
Are there any reference standards for related superheaters? Will it be subject to inspection by the special inspection authorities after the changes?
This should definitely work; there’s a temperature of 400 degrees. With such a temperature, it depends on the efficiency of heat exchange

I personally recommend hiring a professional design company to handle the design; otherwise, security inspections will be problematic. Also, try to increase the steam temperature as much as possible, as corrosion due to dew points can easily lead to leaks over time
