No need to write too much； II. Basis for Compilation ； III. Organizational structure and responsibilities, which include a leadership team and maintenance teams; it is advisable to have an emergency response team, a logistics support team, a supply team, etc. as well ； IV. Safety requirements and their safeguards (i.e.: process substitution measures, combustible gas levels, oxygen levels, etc.; refer to the requirements for entering confined spaces) ； V. Specific measures: shutdown procedures, purging before maintenance, startup, furnace drying, and relevant precautions (temperature rise curve), etc ； VI. List of required tools and equipment, including blind plate models, etc.
