It’s just a piece of paper with no real value.
The RMB is also paper:lol:lol;P
Since the Chemical Equipment Association is able to offer this course, it means that those who pass the assessment have the appropriate auditing qualifications. Moreover, the Chemical Equipment Association itself has the qualification to evaluate pressure vessel design and manufacturing units.

The Chemical Equipment Association has organized many training programs before, for roles such as quality assurance specialists, welders, inspectors, and other similar positions – but the value of these certifications is zero! Is the certification exam’s certificate recognized? I did not find any announcements regarding certification examination training courses on the website of the \"National Technical Committee for Standardization of Boilers and Pressure Vessels\"; only awareness-raising seminars were listed.

As long as it is a certificate issued or confirmed by an **authorized evaluation body that recognizes its legitimacy. Special Circular from the Quality Inspection Office (2017) No. 1336: New regulations for approvers issued! There is no need for a verification certificate anymore. However, when an organization applies for certificate acquisition or renewal, the auditor’s certificate (or one that can be found on the CNCA website) can be considered as proof of completion of training and assessment by a third-party professional institution. The evaluation body confirms the assessment content and results; for those that meet the capability requirements, it may accept the training assessment results from third-party agencies and include them in the evaluation materials. In other words, when conducting unit qualification reviews, designers with approval authority are required. If one fails the training assessment conducted by a third party (the provisional evaluation committee), they must take a closed-book exam lasting no less than 3 hours as well as a drawing defense session lasting no less than 1 hour; only after passing these evaluations can they obtain the approval qualification. It is that the requirements for this capability assessment have been relaxed, with the Regulatory Commission temporarily designating third parties to handle it. But basically, there were no notices from the Certification and Standards Committee regarding assessment and training for certificates; only some standard dissemination workshops. The fact that the Chemical Equipment Association is now offering training for audit certificates indicates that it is also a **recognized third-party training body with the qualifications to conduct evaluations.
