After running for 3 days, it was found that the side of the water tank was leaking. There was about 80 cubic meters of water in it. How could this problem be repaired without water leakage? Let me give you a suggestion. You can make another box that can cover the leakage area, and then weld a drain valve under the box. After covering the leakage area, weld it around. At this time, the water inside will flow out from the welding drain outlet below and will not affect the welding. After welding is complete, close the drain valve. Also be prepared to make a new tank. May be required in stress situations.
Are you sure this is made of 304 stainless steel? Those rusty spots don't look like it, so replace them quickly.
Just make a hole in the place where the leak is, the size of a screw! Then put the screws in to block the water and weld them on! This board is painted with silver paint~Does the stainless steel one need to be painted?
Just drive the nut in and weld it directly to block it.
Make a shell, open a hole at the lowest point of the shell and weld a valve, and then weld the shell to the water tank. During the welding process, open the valve to allow drainage. After the welding is completed, just close the valve.
