Ambient temperature for tensile and bending tests of metals or welds

As the title suggests, are the temperatures for these two tests the same as those for the impact test? Is it still carried out at room temperature? Or carry out under the design temperature conditions
It generally refers to high-temperature tensile or bending tests on the base material or weld; what material is this?
Generally, tensile testing is carried out in accordance with GB/T 228, and bending testing in accordance with GB/T 232; both are conducted at room temperature.
