Sleeve anti-pullout valve, emergency shut-off valve

Governments require that loading and unloading equipment for materials at sites involving major hazards be equipped with emergency shut-off valves (anti-pullout valves). I know there are mechanical and electronic types of such valves, but I’m not sure which ones they are. Could any experienced seafarer or expert send me some photos so I can learn more?
