Can steel pipes made of material 446 be used for boiler tubes?

Material S44600 is not listed in the A213 standard; it can be found in Table A268. Can this material be used for the heat exchange tubes in heat exchangers? Please give your advice
Additionally, what grade of welding rod should be used for material 446? Please let me know
For stainless steel seamless tubes used in boilers and heat exchangers, it is recommended to refer to the national standard GB/T13296-2013.
In Table A of Section D, Volume 2, under the column for Volume I regarding \"Applicability and Maximum Temperature Limits\", this material is listed with a temperature limit of 371, not NP. So I think if your boiler falls under Volume 1, it can be used as long as the temperature is below the limit. However, the notes for G19 state that embrittlement is expected to occur when used at moderately high temperatures; see Non-mandatory Appendices A, A207, and A208. So it’s still necessary to check whether these three appendices are appropriate.
