What key points should supervisors pay attention to during the construction of static equipment?
First, after the static equipment arrives at the site, a visual inspection is carried out to check the welds, roundness, and various specifications. Then, before installation, the foundation must be inspected for its dimensions, levelness, the location of the anchor bolt holes, and depth. Finally, during installation, check the equipment’s shims, the orientation of the pipe openings, the verticality of the equipment, and so on. There are corresponding standards for reference.
