The company has two hydrogen tanks to be installed in the factory building, and the contractor constructed them in accordance with Article 5 of 4.3.1 in the \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings\" GB50016-2014: \"There is no requirement for a distance between combustible gas storage tanks with a volume of not more than 20 m3 and the building in which they are used.\" The design pressure of the tank and its volume are shown in the figure below. At present, the Environmental Safety Department established by the company believes that there are issues with building this tank in the factory facility; it does not comply with the fire separation requirements specified in Table 4.3.1 of the \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings\" GB50016-2014. Moreover, the calculation method should be as stated in the notes: the total volume of fixed-volume flammable gas storage tanks should be calculated by multiplying the geometric volume of the tank (in m3) by the design storage pressure (in absolute pressure, in 105 Pa). The fire separation distance should be 12 meters from the factory building. Builder’s view: The volume based on the tank’s nameplate is 10 m3. Environment and Safety Department’s view: 10 m3 * 1.75 MPa / 10 to the fifth power = 175 m3. There must be a 12-meter fire separation distance between the hydrogen tank and the factory building. The builder is currently in dispute with the Environment and Safety Department; please offer your advice.
It must be calculated in accordance with the note in 4.3.1 of GB50016-2014, which states that \"the total volume of fixed-volume combustible gas storage tanks shall be calculated as the product of the geometric volume of the tank (in m3) and the design storage pressure (absolute pressure, in 105 Pa)\".

So the calculation method used by the environmental safety department is correct, right?
