In JB/T4712.1-2007, the value of h for the saddle is set at 200.250; this value can be increased. But can it be decreased as well?
Absolutely. As long as the device permits it.
If the saddle height differs from the standard size, it should be indicated in the part name field or remarks field of the equipment drawings
Shortening it is of course no problem.
Of course, by default only common heights are selected
