The past and present of inward-opening pressure-rated manholes

Dear experts: Today, the client requested that internal-opening pressure-resistant manholes be used on tank-type containers. I’m really confused – there are dozens of types of manholes, but none that are of the internal-opening type :( I found quite a few examples online, but couldn’t locate any standard specifications; let alone know how to design them :( Is there anyone among you who knows something about this?
Is it NB/T 47040-2013 boiler manholes and handhole devices? This type is located inside
The original poster can take a look at the structure of the boiler manhole; a similar structure is also used on the air storage tank.
Is it really necessary to use this kind for ordinary atmospheric-pressure water tanks? Compared with ordinary atmospheric-pressure manholes, which one is more expensive?
