I have successfully designed a power-free, fully automatic oil-water separation tank based on the principles of hydrostatics, and obtained a **patent for the ‘Fully Automatic Oil-Water Separator’ (Patent No. ZL 2015 2 0058820.6)**. As needed, a fully automatic three-phase (gas, oil, water) separator with a simple structure and high separation efficiency was further developed on this basis. This separator utilizes two-stage gas-liquid separation mechanisms to achieve precise separation of gas and liquid, allowing for continuous separation and discharge of excess water and excess oil respectively. It can also be used under various operating pressures. The author has carefully designed the internal components of the separator as well as the orientation of the pipe openings to ensure efficient separation.
