RSB gaskets, also known as flexible graphite composite gaskets, are also referred to as reinforced graphite gaskets or high-strength graphite gaskets. Such gaskets are usually stamped or cut from reinforced graphite sheets using specialized gasket cutting equipment. It has excellent corrosion resistance, tolerance to high/low temperatures, good compressive resilience, and high strength. The common inner reinforcement materials for RSB gaskets include SS304, SS316, or tinplate, with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.127 mm. The reinforcement types include sheet reinforcement, mesh plate reinforcement, and flat plate reinforcement. The commonly used material is 304 reinforced graphite, which can be made into various circular geometric gaskets and is widely used in pipes, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, condensers, generators, air compressors, exhaust pipes, refrigerators, and more. RSB gaskets can also be cut into gaskets with complex shapes, such as level gauge gaskets, punched flange gaskets, and cylinder gaskets for automotive diesel engines. RSB gaskets can be manufactured in the following forms depending on usage requirements: (1) basic graphite composite gasket, (2) graphite composite gasket with inner edge covering, (3) graphite composite gasket with outer edge covering, (4) graphite composite gasket with both inner and outer edge coverings. The edge-clamped design of graphite composite gaskets retains all the excellent properties of the original gaskets, while also facilitating installation and removal, reducing the risk of damage. It also prevents the medium from eroding the gaskets, thereby improving their pressure resistance. The commonly used edging materials are 304 or 316 stainless steel. Maximum processing size of RSB gaskets: 20~5000mm ; Special specifications or various non-standard products can be designed according to customer requirements.
