In the inspection of tower equipment, what is the allowable deviation for the diameter (inner diameter) of the equipment cylinder? It’s not roundness; it’s just the diameter of the cylinder

Three-piece gauge inspection can be performed; this is commonly used in conventional block graphite heat exchangers. The shell is required to have tight tolerances with regard to diameter deviation, perpendicularity, and concentricity. At the same time, proper tooling assistance should be provided during manufacturing.
There are generally no provisions in GB150 standard, but GB/T 25198 can be referred to.
