Do pressure vessel manufacturing plants necessarily need exposure chambers? If so, on what basis? If it’s possible to do without it, what is the basis for that? Can non-destructive testing be subcontracted? Thank you all for the comments!
For large pressure spheres, it is necessary to have a specialized inspection team on site to conduct inspections, use radiation sources, apply film to the welds, expose them at night, and employ other methods for on-site testing.
