As the title says. The rated pressure of the deaerator is 20 kPa, while the actual pressure is 50 kPa; the temperature of the water vapor in the deaerator is 105°C. I think the saturation temperature corresponding to 50 kPa is around 80°C, and 105 is also considered superheated. Is a pressure of 50 kPa too high, causing water to be drawn out from the supply water?
A similar phenomenon in towers is called tower surge; when you open the vents, it has to surge out!
How did you find that 50 kPa corresponds to 80°C, while 20 kPa corresponds to 105°C? Is the temperature lower as the pressure increases? ! If the steam inlet pressure is too high, reduce the deaerator operating pressure to around 20 kPa, and that will solve the problem
I also want to say, if you’re not running under operating conditions, how can you be sure that those conditions are normal? If it’s still normal, you need to thoroughly investigate where the problem lies!

When checking the saturation temperature, the atmospheric pressure of 0.1 MPa must be taken into account; thus, the saturation water temperature is 105°C at 0.12 MPa, and 111°C at 0.15 MPa. Therefore, at an actual operating pressure of 0.05 MPa and a water temperature of 105°C, the temperature has not yet reached the saturation temperature. Compared to the design pressure of 0.02 Mpa, it is operating under overpressure.
