Article 2 These regulations apply to safety valves used on equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels, and pressure pipelines specified in the Regulations, whose maximum operating pressure is greater than or equal to 0.02 MPa. The question is, does the pressure vessel have a safety valve for such low pressures? I haven’t seen it; please give an example. I just feel that this point doesn’t make sense. . . Thank you for the advice!

TSG ZF001-2006 Regulations on the Safety Technical Inspection of Safety Valves – is this standard no longer in force?
There isn’t a newer version of this yet, so we should still use the 2006 version as a basis
By a safety valve that is so small, does the owner mean the pressure, the diameter, or some other parameter? What are the owner’s questions regarding this clause?
Pressure: The question is whether a safety valve for this slight pressure exists, which leads to doubts regarding the line marked there
